Warranty Terms and Conditions
• All sales are final
• Seller is not responsible for any consequential loss or damage
• Your part is covered under a 1 year(new parts) warranty for manufacturer defects and mechanical breakdown
ONLY
• No warranty or reimbursement on labor under any circumstances
• No warranty on seals, gaskets or fluids(used parts)
• An exact replacement only, will be given for a defective part you received, a part still under our warranty,
or a part damaged in shipping.
• We will provide a replacement for Parts Damaged in Shipping and Parts Received Defective within 10 days of
notification.
• If a used part becomes defective during the warranty period you must contact UFIXIT Car Parts within 30
days of the original ship date. All warranty issues are the responsibility of the buyer. Specific directions will be given
at the time we receive notice.
• In the event a wrong part (our error) is shipped to you, or a part is damaged in shipping, YOU MUST NOTIFY
US WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ITEM. A correct replacement part will be shipped IMMEDIATELY AND A return label
will be sent to you via USPS to return the incorrect part. IF THE INCORRECT OR DAMAGED PART IS NOT RECEIVED BACK WITHIN
10 BUSINESS DAYS YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE NEW PART ALSO. DO NOT SHIP ANY PART TO UFIXIT CAR PARTS OR ANY OF OUR WAREHOUSES
WITHOUT RETURN AUTHORIZATION
• We will not accept C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) deliveries for shipped returns. All returned shipments must
be pre-paid.
• We will not accept returns on any custom-made part or color matched body part such as mirrors, fenders, hoods,
etc as exact paint matches are impossible due to weathering
• Items incorrectly shipped to UFIXIT Car Parts will not be returned to the customer, and will incur an additional
fee equal to the shipping charges incurred to return the part to the shipping facility.
• Any part returned will be subject to inspection to determine refund amount for merchandise and shipping costs.
This amount may be less than original payment based on condition of return.
• Any part returned will be inspected thoroughly, it is at our sole discretion to accept your return or not,
based on the condition of the returned part.
• Any part returned in weathered or rusted condition or with broken, cracked or damaged housings are not eligible
for return. Parts returned must be complete and fully assembled. There will be no return given to parts with missing pieces,
bent shafts or disassembled units.
• All return parts must be in the exact original way, shape and form that it was purchased. If after inspection,
UFIXIT Car Parts or its beneficiaries return personnel, find out the part is not in a sellable condition the part will not
be accepted and all the costs of shipping and handling must be paid by the person who purchased the part.
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the returned item arrives at the return location
given by UFIXIT Car Parts. We recommend only using “trackable” shipping services.
• If a replacement part is not obtainable, you will be refunded your full purchase amount within 30 days of
receipt of the returned part.
• UFIXIT CAR PARTS is not responsible for buyer error or remorse on new or used car parts. We verify each part
description prior to order via phone. Absolutely no returns will be accepted and no refunds will be given under these circumstances
• No returns or refunds on new or used parts unless damaged in shipping or a mechanical failure occurs during warranty
period.
• We will pay for return shipping for a part sent to you in error, received defective or damaged in shipping.
